Yoga is an ancient science of health for the physical body, balance for the mind, and emotions that provide the foundation for the spiritual journey. Prana Meditation Club is dedicated to sharing the art of yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. To accomplish this, we offer classes to fit every age group as well as every skill level. We are very "beginner friendly". Our goal is to enjoy the practice of yoga, & embrace the breath and motion connection. We all get caught up in the hectic everyday life. Yoga helps us to re-center and balance ourselves while achieving inner peace.
